“I have stayed here before without issue. This time they put me in a room that had continuous beeping. I complained but was denied a different room due to none available and NO ONE came to look for the cause. It was 4 miserable nights. It was prepaid so I had no choice but to stay.”

“The good: I enjoyed my room with the jetted bath. I was nice to soak in with all my aches and pains. Went for the fire expo. It was in a good location to get to and from the expo. The Bad: The shower wouldn’t go down so I pulled up the grate and it was all hair. i had to move it because I was already in the shower and all soaped up. “The room was pretty basic but the location was great, it was clean, and the AC worked well. Also, both the check-in person and check-out person were very friendly. To me that made a big difference. I would stay here again!”

“This hotel is very convenient to stores and restaurants especially my favorite Cracker Barrel and Arbys. I love the customer service and breakfast here. This the hotel I stay at whenever visiting Harrisburg, PA. I just love love this place, my second home.”

“I found high levels of chlorine in the water from their faucet. I was terribly ill during and after my stay. Don't stay here! The lights outside are irresponsibly bright. They never open the windows making for awful ventilation. I'm filing a police report.”
